Letters for Special Counsel, 2020 Record Preservation and Further Election Investigations

In the last month, efforts have been underway to secure records of the 2020 election statewide. Some are also requesting 2021 records preservation as the systems and processes are similar between the two elections, with the same vulnerabilities, even though the data looks much cleaner for 2021.

Both my letter as Chair of the Prince William County Election Integrity Working Group and a summary of the letters from GOP units chairs of the three largest counties are below.

The Clerk of Court in Prince William County and our General Registrar have pledged to not delete records pertaining to 2020 until further notice.
